Archaeological evidences in the site:

Located on the southern edge of the Duero Valley, in contact with the Central System of Mountains, the rock-shelter at Peña de Estebanvela (Ayllón, Segovia) contains a thick late Upper Pleistocene deposit which has yielded important late Magdalenian archaeological artefacts, particularly portable art objects.
